Like for like, the asking prices of used cars newly listed in Qatar in September 2026 were 0.3% higher than in August 2026 (90% range: 0.4% lower to 0.8% higher), according to the GCC Car Deals Used-Car Price Index (101; July 2026 = 100). Without the adjustment for a month of ageing, asking prices for the same model years were 0.4% lower. The range includes zero, so the month is best read as little changed.
Toyota leads supply by a clear margin with about 7,522 listings (22.8% of active listings), ahead of Nissan at roughly 3,134. Most listings are SUVs, about 50.1% of the market, then sedans.
When the same car appears on more than one marketplace, MzadQatar posted the lowest price in 56.1% of the 2,132 cars it competed on, ahead of QatarSale (51.1%) — so cross-checking a few sources before you buy still pays.

The price movement is the GCC Car Deals Used-Car Price Index instead: it compares the asking prices of used cars newly listed in each month like for like (same marketplace, make, model, model year and trim family), adjusted for mileage and a month of ageing, with July 2026 = 100. Every figure comes from our aggregated listings; the index is a statistical estimate and is published with its 90% range. As of 8 October 2026.
